Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Fieré piece. If you’re not, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• include the original packaging and any accessories
• be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to start a return

  1. Send us an email at finn@fe-trading.nl with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order or the item was faulty.

Exchanges

At the moment we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged item or something is wrong with your order, contact us at finn@fe-trading.nl within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns on earrings if the seal is broken or if they show clear signs of wear. Custom or engraved or 14K collection pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
