Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping options & delivery times

We currently ship from the Netherlands with Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands: 1–3 working days
• EU: 3–7 working days
• Outside EU: 5–14 working days

These are estimates. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.

Please note: pieces from our 14K Collection are made in smaller batches. 
For these orders, please allow an additional 5–7 working days before shipping.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. 

14K Collection orders placed together with stainless steel pieces will ship together once the 14K item is ready.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on your location and order size. From time to time we offer free shipping promotions these will be clearly indicated on the website.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. Fieré has no control over these fees.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 working days, please contact us at finn@fe-trading.nl and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
