When will my order be confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order has been placed successfully.
Shipping
Where does Fieré ship?
Fieré ships from the Netherlands to the European Union, the United States and other selected destinations available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days within the Netherlands and 3-7 working days to other EU destinations. For the United States, the delivery estimate depends on the shipping method shown at checkout and customs processing.
Will I pay extra charges on a U.S. order?
Possibly. U.S. orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling/brokerage fees. Unless checkout explicitly says that duties and import taxes are included, these charges are not included in the order total and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. Fieré offers a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email finn@fe-trading.nl with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you the return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is normally your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

What are Fieré pieces made from?
The L’Éclat collection is made from 316L stainless steel. Choose a silver-coloured finish or a gold-coloured coating. The gold version is not solid gold or 24-karat gold.
Which necklace length should I choose?
The L’Éclat Necklace is available in 42+8 cm and 70+8 cm. Both include an 8 cm extender; 42+8 cm gives a closer fit, while 70+8 cm creates a longer silhouette.
Which bracelet size should I choose?
The L’Éclat Bracelet is available in 18+2 cm and 20+2 cm. The extra 2 cm comes from the extender chain and gives you some flexibility in fit.
Is Fieré only for women?
No. Fieré is designed for both women and men. The pieces are made to move between different wardrobes, styles and moments.
Lifetime warranty
Do L’Éclat pieces have a warranty?
The L’Éclat Necklace and L’Éclat Bracelet come with a lifetime warranty covering issues that are not caused by damage or misuse by the wearer. This includes issues with the finish, chain or clasp that arise during normal use. Accidental damage, deliberate damage and damage caused by misuse are excluded.
To make a claim, email finn@fe-trading.nl with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and contact you about the next steps. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your piece separately in a dry place, avoid abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals, and wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
The gold-coloured coating has shown water resistance in our own wear testing. We have not independently certified it as waterproof. Dry your piece after contact with water and avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning to help care for the finish.
