This website is operated by Fieré, a trading name used by FE-Trading. Throughout the site, “Fieré”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store. These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the website and to purchases made through the store.
2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Because screen settings and photography can affect appearance, colours and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the storefront or checkout. Where applicable, prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete checkout.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an inability to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers and is subject to their technical and security requirements.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping information. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. International orders and import charges
For orders delivered outside the European Union, including the United States, import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling/brokerage fees may apply.
Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and import taxes are included, these charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount is determined by the destination country’s authorities and/or carrier and can vary based on product classification, country of origin, order value and current import rules.
8. Returns and withdrawal
Fieré offers a 30-day return period for eligible unused items. Full return instructions are set out in our Returns & Refunds information. Any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Product use and care
Jewelry should be used and cared for in accordance with the product information and care guidance shown on the website. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may affect a product’s appearance over time.
10. Website use
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
11. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Fieré name, website design, text, imagery and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
