Where we ship
Fieré ships from the Netherlands to the European Union, the United States and other selected destinations available at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Estimated delivery times
- Netherlands: approximately 1-3 working days
- Other EU destinations: approximately 3-7 working days
- United States: the delivery estimate depends on the selected shipping method and will be shown at checkout where available. Customs processing can extend transit time.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, peak periods and customs processing can affect transit times.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
United States: duties, tariffs and import charges
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling/brokerage fees.
Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and import taxes are included, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The exact amount can vary based on the product classification, country of origin, order value, current U.S. import rules and the carrier used. Fieré cannot guarantee the final amount charged by U.S. customs or the carrier.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery details before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at finn@fe-trading.nl as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.
Delayed or missing shipments
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your shipment is missing, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
